BackYard Carnivals has been bringing smiles to Northeast Florida since 2001. Steve Perkins and his family-led crew take every event seriously—from choosing the right equipment to making sure it is ready for the day.

They’re licensed, fully insured, and inspect their equipment before it goes out. Their promise is simple: clear communication, dependable service, and honest answers.

RENTAL INFORMATION

Good to know
before the fun begins.

Payment & cancellation

Full payment is due before setup. A $50 or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) secures equipment. Cancellations 30+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund.

Weather plans

For severe weather, you can reschedule at least 24 hours ahead—subject to availability—or cancel and forfeit the deposit. Rescheduled dates must be within 60 days.

Safety & cleaning

Adult supervision is required while inflatables are in use. No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or silly string inside. Please remove trash before pickup.

Service area & delivery

Serving St. Augustine, St. Johns, Clay, and southern Duval counties. Extended travel is available for corporate, church, and school events. Ask about delivery rates or customer pickup discounts.
